Account & Login

If you cannot log in, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset your password by email. Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.

Course Access

Course access is granted immediately after payment. If you do not see your course after paying, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.

Technical Requirements

Our course works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile devices. JavaScript must be enabled.

Certificate Download

After passing the exam, go to your Dashboard and click Download Certificate. Your certificate is a PDF that you can save or print.

Payment Issues

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. If you were charged but did not receive access, please contact support with your PayPal transaction ID.
